Remember all those filthy squat parties you went to in the 90s? Turns out we were unwittingly part of an urban regeneration scheme. This T-shirt was first released in 1999 at Panik Parties and paid homage to the disused, crumbling office blocks and warehouses that sound systems found their way into. Many had been condemned as unfit for habitation due to the large amounts of asbestos present. The same unwanted buildings where we partied have mostly been knocked down or redeveloped. Thing is, most of them are still empty...
